Countdown to Tee Time

All three of Prestonwood’s golf courses were designed by Tom Jackson with green complexes by Jack Nicklaus protégé Rick Robbins. Each of their golf courses have been featured in the top 100 in North Carolina by the NC Golf Panel. The Highlands Course took top honors with a #27 ranking. The Meadows and Fairways took subsequent honors at No. 55 and No. 91. Prestonwood has played host to numerous national golf events including the SAS Championship and the Jimmy V Golf Classic.

Our Commitment

All proceeds from the Cary Academy Scholars’ Golf Classic benefit the Scholarship Fund and enable Cary Academy to extend the benefits of its education to an economically and socially diverse population that mirrors the society in which we live.

The Cary Academy community respects, appreciates, and welcomes the beliefs, values, histories, and cultures of all individuals. Once students meet our admissions requirements and qualify for our academic program, their financial needs are addressed. Cary Academy awards $1,800,000 in financial aid annually.

This tournament is by far the nicest and best run golf event in the Triangle. It is a first class event with a fun filled day packed with games, prizes and great people.

I have played in the CA Scholars’ Golf Classic for over 10 years.  Each year there are 3 or 4 CA parents on the team.  It is a great way to catch up with each other and hear what is happening in our kids’ lives.
